Punjab resident killed, 3 injured in Ramban accident

Ramban: A Punjab resident has lost his life while three others sustained injuries after a collision between two vehicles in Shalgadi Chambalwas area of Ramban district on Monday evening.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that an accident occurred due to a collision between a Tempo (JK13C-7242) and an Alto car (PB 02T-8863) near tunnel Shalgadi Chambalwas.

“One person died on the spot, while three others sustained injuries.”

After initial treatment at SDH Banihal, all the injured persons were referred to GMC Anantnag for further medical care.

The deceased has been identified as Anmol Preet Singh (22), son of Kamaljeet Singh. The injured include Arsdeep Singh (19), son of Kamaljeet Singh; Charanjeet Kour (40), wife of Kamaljeet Singh; and Kamaljeet Singh (42), son of Baldev Singh all are residents of Amritsar Punjab.

Meanwhile, police have started an investigation in this regard—(KNO)
