Jammu and Kashmir’s youth advancing and excelling in every field: LG Manoj Sinha

Jammu: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday praised the youth of Jammu and Kashmir for their remarkable progress and achievements across various fields, making the region proud.

LG Sinha made these remarks while attending the Rajya Puraskar Rally of J&K Bharat Scouts and Guides in Jammu.

Addressing the gathering, he highlighted the positive transformation among J&K’s youth and acknowledged the collective efforts dedicated to their growth and development.

“Jammu and Kashmir’s youth are advancing in every field, and the credit goes to everyone working tirelessly for their bright future,” LG Sinha said, as reported by news agency KINS.

Emphasizing the role of mindset in achieving success, he advised the youth, “A positive and progressive mindset is the key to success. We stand with you in your journey of growth and development.”

Reflecting on the past five years, LG Sinha noted that the government has launched several schemes and programs focused on youth development. “At the grassroots level, significant progress has been made, and the results are evident. The youth have risen to the occasion and are making Jammu and Kashmir proud in every domain,” he stated.

He further urged the Scouts and Guides to actively contribute further to the fight against drug abuse. “You must work towards eradicating drug addiction and help connect the youth with India’s rich culture and traditions,” he advised.

Commending the role of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, LG Sinha remarked, “This initiative is playing a vital role in youth empowerment. I am confident that you will continue to contribute towards building a developed India (Viksit Bharat).”(KINS)
