Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s birth anniversary celebrated with religious fervour across Kashmir

Srinagar: The birth anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh Ji was celebrated with religious fervor across Kashmir on Monday.
Despite the cold, devotees flocked to the revered Chatti Patshahi Gurdwara in Kathi Darwaza, Srinagar where the largest celebration was held.

Guru Gobind Ji is the tenth Guru of the Sikh religion. He was a poet and philosopher and was formally appointed as the Guru of the Sikh religion in the year 1675 at the age of nine.
