Traffic on Jammu-Srinagar NH Opens from Both sides, Mughal Road, SSG Road Remain Closed

Srinagar: Traffic was restored from both sides on the Jammu-Srinagar NHW on Monday morning.
However, commuters are urged to follow lane discipline and avoid halting between Ramban-Banihal due to landslide risks.
Officials told news agency JKNS that traffic is allowed from both ends on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NHW). Commuters have been advised to maintain lane discipline as overtaking may lead to congestion.
Passengers are also advised to undertake their journey on the Jammu-Srinagar NHW during the daytime and avoid unnecessary halts between Ramban and Banihal due to the apprehension of landslides and shooting stones.
Meanwhile, SSG Road, Bhaderwah-Chamba Road, Mughal Road, and Sinthan Road remain closed. (JKNS)
