SDM Lolab Tasked To Conduct Magisterial Enquiry
Srinagar: In connection with the anti-militancy operation conducted at Diver Ander Bough Lolab on 5th and 6th of November, the government has ordered a Magisterial enquiry under section 196 BNSS.
In a handout to GNS, a spokesman said that Sub Divisional Magistrate Lolab Sogam has been entrusted with the job.
Meanwhile, general public are informed that if any person has any kind of information regarding the incident, he/ she may submit or record his/ her statement before the concerned Magistrate within 7 day from the date of publication of this release so that the requisite enquiry may be concluded, reads the statement.
