Scooty Rider Killed, Pillion Injured In Kupwara Road Accident

Kupwara: A scooty rider was killed while his pillion was injured in a road accident near Radbug Nutussa area of Kupwara district on Tuesday evening.

Officials told GNS that a scooty bearing registration number JK01AL 9892 while travelling towards Handwara was hit by an tiper at Radbug area.

In this incident the scooty rider was killed on spot while its pillion was injured.

The deceased has been identified as Muzaffar Ahmad Lone son of Ghulam Qadir Lone resident of Tulail Gurez and the injured has been identified as Rehan Ahmad Sheikh son of Gulab Sheikh resident of Bandipora.

Meanwhile, police has registered a case in this regard and investigation has been taken up.(GNS)
