Srinagar: A delegation of Youth Hostel Association of India J&K Chapter and Srinagar Unit II, headed by Its Chairman Mr Showkat Ashaie and Adhoc Chairman of Reasi Unit Mr Ravinder Bali called on the Minister for Youth Services and Sports, Mr Satish Kumar and felicitated him on assuming the charge as Cabinet Minister in Omar Abdullah lead Government. They discussed host of issues of the Association and Mr Showkat briefed the Minister about the activities being carried out by the Association for development and empowerment of youth of J&K. The Chairman sought Goverment support in taking forward the programmes of the Association in UT. The Minister appreciated the endeavors and initiatives of the Association and assured full support of the Government to the organization in conducting youth development activities in J&K.
