Two Killed, 6 Others Injured In Road Accident In Kishtwar

 

Jammu : Two people were killed while six others were injured after a vehicle met with an accident at Chasti Padder area of Kishtwar district on Wednesday.

Officials told GNS that today around 2:50pm afternoon a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK17- 7378 while on way from Chasoti towards Gulabarg Padder met with an accident.

In this incident two people were killed while six others were injured. They were shifted to Sub-district hospital Atholi Padder for medical treatment.

The deceased have been identified as Akshay Kumar son of Bansi Lal and Parveen Kumar son of Bansi Lal both residents of Chasoti.

And the injured have been identified as Shri Kant S/O Roshan Lal R/O Chasoti padder, Akshay Kumar S/O Mast Ram R/O Chasoti, Pawan Singh S/O Hari Krishan R/O Chasoti, Kuldeep Singh S/O Daljeet Singh R/O Chasoti, Jewan Singh S/O Manohar Lal R/O Chasoti and Vijay Kumar S/O Hushyar Singh R/O Chasoti.

Meanwhile, a case has been registered in this regard and investigation has been taken up, they said.
