Amitabh, Dharmendra and Rajinikanth paid tribute to Ratan Tata

 


Mumbai: Bollywood megastars Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra and South Indian film megastar Rajinikanth have paid tributes to Tata Sons Honorary Chairman Padma Bhushan Ratan N Tata on his demise.
India’s leading industrialist Ratan Tata passed away on Wednesday night. There is a wave of mourning in the country after the news of Ratan Tata’s death. People are paying tribute to Ratan Tata on social media.
Amitabh Bachchan has expressed deep grief over the death of industrialist Ratan Tata. He termed Ratan Tata’s demise as ‘the end of an era for India’. Amitabh paid a humble tribute to Tata in an emotional post on his X handle.
He wrote, “ just came to learn of the passing of Shri Ratan Tata .. was working very late .. An era has ended .. a most respected , humble yet visionary leader of immense foresight and resolve .. Spent some wonderful moments with him, during several Campaigns we were involved in together.”
Rajinikanth wrote on X, “A great legendary icon who put India on the global map with his vision and passion .. The man who inspired thousands of industrialist .. The man who created lakhs and lakhs of jobs for many generations .. The man who was loved and respected by all .. My deepest salutations to him. I will forever cherish every moment spent with this great soul .. a true son of India is no more. .. Rest in peace.”
