NC adds another feather in it’s cap: Newly elected MLA from Inderwal, Payare Lal Sharma set to join party in Srinagar

Kishtwar: As the red wave swept Kashmir yesterday, with National Conference winning 42 seats on its own, the party is all set to add another feather in its cap as the elected MLA Inderwal Payare Lal Sharma is set to join NC shortly.
Sharma defeated stalwart leader G M Saroori with a thin margin of 643 votes.
“Sharma, after being elected as MLA Inderwal, has received a call from the high command of the National Conference. The party has invited him to join them,” a  source told NVI. “Sharma has accepted the offer. “
Before leaving Kishtwar to join the NC in Srinagar, the newly elected MLA Payare Lal addressed his supporters while asking them to maintain unity and work for the welfare of the people in the constituency.
He will reach Srinagar this afternoon and join NC in presence of Dr Farooq Abdullah and NC vice president Omar Abdullah.—(News Vibes of India)
