A woman in China with a rare condition called uterine didelphys, where she has two uteruses and two cervixes gave birth to twins last month.
The mother was identified as Li, delivered a boy (who weighs 7 pounds, 19 ounces) and girl (who weighs 5 pounds, 5 ounces approximately) via C-Section at Xi’an People’s Hospital in Shaanxi province.

“It is extremely rare for twins to be conceived naturally in each cavity of the uterus, and even rarer for them to be carried to term,” the hospital said on its official account on China’s X-like social media platform Weibo on September 18.
Her story has gone viral on Chinese socialmedia with over 50 million views.
