This marks PM Modi’s fourth visit to Jammu and Kashmir for campaigning, following rallies in Doda, Srinagar, and Katra. The rally comes ahead of the third and final phase of Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, scheduled for October 1.

Extensive security arrangements have been made for the Prime Minister’s visit, with traffic advisories issued to ensure smooth passage. The event is expected to boost support for BJP candidates in the region.

The Jammu division has historically been a BJP stronghold, with significant implications for the election outcome. The election results will be announced after vote counting on October 8.
