Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir has recorded over 24.1 per cent voter turnout till 11 am in the second phase of assembly election, Chief Electoral Officer, J&K said.
He said that 24.1 per cent voter turnout has been recorded in all 26 assembly constituencies across six districts of J&K.
