Explosive device found in Kulgam village, defused

Kulgam :An improvised explosive device (IED) that was found on a road in Balsoo area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday morning has been defused, officials said.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the IED, fitted in a pressure cooker, was detected by security forces today morning.
He said that a bomb disposal squad was called in and the explosive device was subsequently defused.
