ECI Visit: Police Chief to Chair Meeting at PHQ Srinagar Shortly

Srinagar: The Director General of Police (DGP), J&K, R R Swain will be chairing a meeting in the Conference Hall of Police Headquarters Srinagar at 12 PM today in view of the visit of the Election Commission of India here on Thursday.

The news agency CNS learnt that the senior police officers who will remain present in the meeting include: Special Director General, Crime (ANTF), J&K; Additional Director General of Police, Hqrs PHQ/ Security J&K; Additional Director General of Police, Law & Order/Armed, J&K; Additional Director General of Police, Jammu Zone Jammu; Additional Director General of Police (CID), J&K; Inspector General of Police, Kashmir Zone, Srinagar; Inspector General of Police, (POS) PHQ J&K; Dy. Inspector General of Police (Pcrs) PHQ J&K; Dy. Inspector General of Police (Trainings) PHQ, J&K; Dy. Inspector General of Police (Railways), J&K; Dy. Inspector General of Police (Hqrs) PHQ, J&K and all AIsG of PHQ.

However, police officers stationed at Jammu have been intimated to attend the meeting through Video Conferencing.
