Jammu: At least three people died while as many others were injured when a vehicle they were travelling in skidded off the road and plunged into a gorge in Kishtwar district on Tuesday.
Official sources told GNS that the accident involving a Maruti Alto vehicle occurred at Hori Nallah, Dachhan. Soon after the accident, approximately 50 kilometers from Kishtwar, a massive rescue operation was launched by locals and police, evacuating injured to hospital.
Confirming it, SSP Kishtwar Abdul Qayoom told GNS that a case has been registered in this regard.
