Srinagar: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat has conveyed his greetings to Kashmiri Pandits on the occasion of Mela Kheer Bhawani.
In his felicitation message, Dr Bilal extended his greetings to people particularly Pandit brethren on Mela Kheer Bhawani.

The DC has prayed that the occasion may prove harbinger of peace and prosperity for the people. He said annual celebration of the Mela reinvigorates and strengthens the bonds of communal harmony and brotherhood, the age old legacy and the hallmark of Kashmir’s composite culture and ethos.
