Properties of 7 Pak based handlers attached by Police

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Police has attached property worth lakhs of rupees belonging to seven Pakistan-based militant handlers in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

In a statement, a police spokesman said that police seized the property worth lakhs of rupees (8 kanals, 6 marlas and 2 Sirsai land) has been confiscated.

He said that the handlers were identified as Sajjad Ahmad Butt, son of Ghulam Muhammad, resident of Bardan, Irshad Ahmed Khan, son of Abdul Aziz, resident of Pringal, Gula Mochi, son of Gama Mochi, resident of Lumbar, Muhammad Aslam Khan, son of Shah Zaman, resident of Pringal, Muhammad Baig, son of Abdul Ghani, resident of Ajra, Khalid Mir, son of Ayub Mir resident Hilar Pirnian and Rafiq Ahmad Bakrwal son of Shamsuddin resident Lumber.

Meanwhile the case registered under sections of 88 CrPC and are linked with a case registered in 2008 in Police Station Boniyar under section u/s 2/3 EIMCO Act, 120 B, 121, 124 RPC, 19 UA (P) Act, he added.
