Man killed after being hit by vehicle in Ganderbal

Ganderbal: A man was killed in a road accident at Nunner area od central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Tuesday afternoon, officials said.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the man was hit by a vehicle in Nunnar area today, leading to his on spot death.

The deceased has been identified as Khurshid Ahmad Baba son of Mohd Shafi Baba of Bab Mohalla Buchpora.

“A case under relevant sections of law has been registered and further investigations taken up,” he said, adding that driver of the vehicle has been arrested.
