Mumbai: Popular Vehicles and Services will come out with an initial public offering (IPO) to raise Rs 600 crore.
The company has fixed price band in the range of Rs 280 to Rs 295 per equity share of the face value of Rs two.
The issue will open for subscription on March 12 and will close on March 14, a press release said here on Wednesday.
