Gusty winds damage several structures in Anantnag’s Verinag

Verinag : A strong wind storm that swept across south Kashmir on Saturday morning damaged several structures in the Verinag area of Anantnag district, officials said.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that strong winds damaged a rooftop of a house and shops in Nowgam village today morning.

Sign boards of over a dozen shops were also swept away, while no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.
