CEO Srinagar inaugurates ICT Lab at BHSS Gulabbagh

Directs school staff to actively participate in enrolment drive

SRINAGAR: Continuing inspection drive of schools and interaction with the teaching staff to know about the problems and issues besides seeking suggestions from the staff about smooth functioning of schools to assist students in their studies, Chief Education officer (CEO) Srinagar, Manzoor Ahmad Kumar today visited Boys Higher Secondary School (BHSS) Gulabbagh.

Accompanied by District Resource Person (DRG) Srinagar, Showkat Hussain Dar, CEO Manzoor Ahmad Kumar also inaugurated newly setup ICT Lab of BHSS Gulabbagh.

To welcome CEO, Principal of the School Mtr Khalida Parveen with active support of the staff organised an impressive function in which social distancing besides other SOPs were followed.

CEO also interacted with the Village Education Committee (VEC) members and sought their suggestions.

During the interaction, CEO assured VEC members that all the necessary steps will be taken for the construction of new building.

CEO appreciated the efforts of Principal BHSS Gulabbagh Mtr Khalida Parveen for smooth conduct of online classes to minimise loss of studies to students in view of Covid-19.

On the occasion CEO directed the school staff to actively participate in the enrolment drive.
