Srinagar: Traffic movement on Jammu-Srinagar highway was suspended due to maintenance of road at Dalwas, officials said on Monday.
A J&K traffic Police department official said, ” Both sides traffic stopped due to road repair at Dalwas on Jammu Srinagar NHW. People are advised to co-operative with Traffic Police and follow lane discipline.”
Traffic was plying normally on Jammu-Srinagar NHW from Srinagar towards Jammu. Moreover people were advised/requested not ply against advisory/traffic plan in view of possible traffic congestion because of narrow carriage way between Nashree and Banihal on Jammu-Srinagar NHW.
