Ganderbal: Full Dress Rehearsal for forthcoming “Republic Day-2024” held at Madr-e-Meharbaan Stadium Qamariya Ganderbal in which Chief Guest Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal Shri Shyambir-IAS accompanied by Addl.SP Ganderbal Shri Malik Aijaz-JKPS unfurled the National Flag and took the salute.
The March past was led by SDPO Kangan Shri Muzaffar Jan-JKPS in which Contingents of different forces took part. Viz, District Police Ganderbal, Armed Police 14th Bn., CRPF 115 th & 118th Bn., SSB, PTS Manigam, Fire Services, Home Guard and SPOs. Apart from forces, 21 contingents of School children also participated with full fervour & enthusiasm.
Moreover, colourful Cultural programmes were presented by students and youth clubs from different institutions of District Ganderbal.
Besides other Officers of Civil and Police Administration viz, ADDC Ganderbal Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani-JKAS, ADC Ganderbal Gulzar Ahmad Khan-JKAS, ACR Ganderbal Altaf Ahmad, ACD Dr. Bashir Ahmad, CEO Ganderbal Shri Muzamil Akhtar, DySP Hqr’s Ganderbal Gh Hassan-JKPS, Dy.SP Dar Nazir Ahmad were also present on the said occasion.
