Apni Party Expels Javid Baig Over Alleged Involvement in Anti-party Activities

Srinagar  : Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party Monday expelled former Chief Spokesperson Javid Hassan Beigh over alleged involvement in anti-party activities.

The expulsion of Baig was announced by Party General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir citing information by District Committee Baramulla over Baig’s ‘involvement in anti-party activities’.

“Since it goes against the basic constitution of the party, his basic membership is hereby terminated, and he is expelled from the party for a period of 5 years”, reads the order, a copy of which lies with Asian Mail.
