Srinagar: Suspected militants fired upon a cop in Hamdania colony area of Bemina in Srinagar on Saturday evening.
A senior police officer told GNS that militants this evening fired upon a policeman in Hamdania colony.
He was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. His condition is said to be stable.
Meanwhile the whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
