LG Sinha pays obeisance at Mata Kheer Bhawani Asthapan Tikkar Kupwara

Kupwara:Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday paid obeisance at Mata Kheer Bhawani Asthapan Tikkar in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
