Ganderbal : A Youth died after accidentally slipping in Sindh Nallah in Mammer area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Tuesday.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir Scroll that Zakir Ahmad Thekri Son of Ghulam Qadir Thekri slipped and drowned in Sindh Nallah at Kangan.
He said soon after the incident a police team along with locals launched a rescue operation.
He said that efforts are on to retrieve his body
Police have taken cognizance in this regard.
