JKRC celebrates 77th Independence Day at New Delhi

New Delhi: Jammu and Kashmir Resident Commission (JKRC) today celebrated 77th Independence Day at JK House, 5- Prithvi Raj Road here.

On the occasion, Additional Resident Commissioner, Neeraj Kumar hoisted the National Flag.
A contingent of J&K Armed Police presented the guard of honour on the occasion besides a colourful cultural programme was also presented.

The spirit of harmony, bravery and sacrifice of freedom fighters and a commitment to fulfill their vision was reaffirmed while a plantation drive was also held on the occasion.
The ceremonial function was attended by all the officers and officials of Jammu and Kashmir Resident Commission New Delhi.
