Poonch, Aug 2 : Army last night found and subsequently handed over to police a deaf and dumb person near Bathar Bridge here last night, officials said on Wednesday.
They told GNS that the unidentified person was found in injured condition and was later handed over to police by the army.
The person was later shifted to District Hospital Poonch for treatment, they added.
