Rajouri-Reasi-Ramban Road Closed After Massive Landslide

Jammu, July 28: A link road connecting Rajouri, Reasi and Ramban district was on Friday closed due to a massive landslide following heavy rainfall in the area.

An official told the news agency KNO that the landslide took place near Zero Morh in Chassana area of Reasi today morning.

He said that following the incident a major road link called as Budhal-Mahore-Gool road was blocked, while an advisory was also issued asking people not to travel on the road till it is restored.

The road connects Rajouri with Reasi and Ramban districts via Mahore and Gool areas.
