SIU of Kishtwar Conducts Raid In The Houses of Terrorists who are operating from Pakistan/POK

Kishtwar, July 11: Special Investigation Unit (SIU) of Kishtwar Police tightened noose over the terrorists who are operating from POK/PAK, today again carried out raids at 04 locations in Kishtwar District in the house of such terrorists.
SSP Kishtwar Sh. Khalil Poswal-JKPS said that after obtaining house search warrants from NIA court Jammu in case FIR No 90/2022 registered under UAPA Act at PS Chatroo. Meanwhile different teams were constituted led by SDPOs including Magistrates and proper SOPs were followed by the team and raid were conducted in the houses of terrorist namely the 1).JamaL Din Naik @ Mudasir

Gulabu S/O Hashim Gujjar R/O Rahalthal Mughalmaidan who are presently operating from POK/PAK, searched their respective houses/residential premises. During the course of searches, the evidences collected shall be investigated so as to subject the accused persons to judicial determination for their involvement in anti-national activities and perpetuation of terrorism.
SSP Kishtwar Mr. Poswal-JKPS in his message to anti national elements, all those involved in terrorism or supporting terrorists shall be subjected to strict judicial determination.“`
