District Convergence Plan 2023-24 discussed at Ganderbal

Ganderbal, Apr 20: Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Shyambir today convened a meeting to discuss and finalize the District convergence plan 2023-24 under MGNREGA for fruitful utilisation of funds and positive outcomes of the MGNREGA.

At the outset, ACD Ganderbal deliberated upon the features, modes and methods of convergence under MGNREGA.

The DC in detail discussed the specifications and focus areas which shall be entertained while formulating the practicable convergence plan for the district in effective manner.

The DC impressed upon all the line departments for immediate submission of convergence proposals for its consolidation and approval at the district level.

He urged all the departments to work in coordination with each other so that best convergence plan is proposed for creation of durable assets.

The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner Ganderbal, Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani, ACD, CEO Manasbal Development Authority ACP besides heads of all line departments.
