DGP decorates newly promoted Inspectors; congratulates officers, their families

 

Jammu, Mar 16: Director General of Police, J&K, Shri Dilbag Singh alongwith ADGP (Headquarters) PHQ, Shri M. K. Sinha today decorated two newly promoted officers with Inspector’s rank at Police Headquarters (PHQ).

DIG (Administration) PHQ, Ms Sarah Rizvi, AIG (Provision) PHQ, Shri Gurinderpal Singh, AIG (Welfare) PHQ, Dr. Abhishek Mahajan and ADO PHQ, Shri Siraj-ud-din Shah were present on the occasion.

DGP J&K congratulated the promoted officers & their families and wished them good luck for their future assignments.

The officers who were decorated with Inspectors rank include Parminder Singh and Zahoor Ahmad.

Pertinent to mention that Police Headquarters recently has sanctioned promotions in respect of 57 Sub-Inspectors of J&K Armed Police/SDRF and 99 Assistant Sub-Inspectors of Executive wing.
