Baramulla, Nov 30:Gold worth lakhs and cash was stolen in Bagi Islam area of this north Kashmir District.
According to Locals that gold and cash worth lakhs have been stolen from the house of Rafiq Ahmed Waza Bagh Islam Baramulla.
Locals told kashmir news apex KNA that the burglars entered into the house of Rafiq Ahmad Waza during the intervening night of Nov 28-29, they took away gold and cash from the house of Waza.
Police have confirmed that they have lodged an FIR and started investigations into it.
The area was searched by the police and locals but no arrest has been made yet, till the last reports came in.
