T-20 Martyrs Police Premier Cricket League  Organised By Ganderbal Police Concluded At Qamariya Stadium Ganderbal

Gandebal, Nov 23:Under Community Action Program and in order to Commemorate the J&K Police Martyrs, Ganderbal Police Organised “T-20 Martyrs Police Premier League Cricket Tournament” at Qamariya Ground Ganderbal on 23rd October 2022 Concluded today with Grand Finale between Libra Blues Saloora Vs Sultan Lions Tulmulla.

Senior Superintendent of Police Ganderbal Shri Nikhil Borkar-IPS graced the occasion as Chief Guest. Addl.SP Ganderbal Shri Feroz Yeyha-JKPS, SDPO Kangan Shri Yasir Qadri-JKPS, DySP Headquarters Ganderbal Shri Gh Hassan-JKPS, DYSP DAR Ganderbal Shri Muzaffar Jan-JKPS, Senior Cricket Player Sayim Mustafa and other senior officers were also present on the said occasion.

Libra Blues Saloora scored 110 runs in allotted qouta of 20 overs, While chasing the target of 111 runs Sultan Lions Tulmulla reached the target with ease and won the tournament.

At the conclusion of the final, both winner and Runner up teams were awarded with cash prizes, trophies and medals to boost their morale. SSP Ganderbal congratulated the Winner team for showcasing excellent  performance in the Final match and while interacting with both the teams stated that extraordinary efforts put forth by both the teams with which they managed their place in grand finale of the tournament is praiseworthy and assured them that Ganderbal Police is always at their door steps for every assistance.

Large number of people were present to witness the Grand Finale event. They expressed their gratitude towards Ganderbal Police and appreciated their role to channelize the energy of the youth of District towards sports and other constructive activities.
