Shopian, Aug 17 :Bareera Ilyas, an eight-year-old student of Kids Career Public School Shopian, was felicitated for her role in the celebration of 76th Independence Day celebrations.
Ilyas performed on the theme “Bharat Ki Dharti Ka Role” and her performance was appreciated by all. She was awarded for her performance by SSP Ms Tanushree, IPS and DDC Chairperson Ms Bilqees Jan on the occasion. The two spoke high of high of her talent and potential and wished her all the best for the future.
The programme at the school was part of a large number of events held across the district to celebrate India’s Independence Day.
