ADDC listens to issues of PRIs, locals of block Ganderbal

Ganderbal, Aug 3: The District Administration Ganderbal, today organized Block Diwas at Panchayat Ghar Nunner to listen to the public grievances of block Ganderbal.

The Block Diwas was chaired by Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Ganderbal, Khurshid Ahmad Shah during which he listened to the grievances of PRIs and locals who turned up at the camp and apprised him about various issues and grievances and sought his intervention for early redressal.

DDC Members, BDC Chairperson, Sarparches and Panches of Block Ganderbal were also present on the occasion.

The locals and PRIs sought better road connectivity, adequate health facilities, upgradation of PHE and PDD infrastructure, desilting of irrigation canals and other related issues concerning their respective areas.

The ADDC resolved several issues on the spot besides issuing instructions to the concerned departments to take measures to address the public issues.

The ADDC assured the PRIs that all their issues would be taken into consideration in a time bound manner and directed the officers of line departments to work in coordination with the PRIs so that equitable development of all panchayats is ensured in the district.

Among others the camp was attended by ACD, BDO, BMO and other officials of line departments.
