ACD Kupwara concludes his 2 day tour to Keran

Complete all works in the limited working season which the area offers : ACD Kupwara

Keran,17 June:Assistant Commissioner Development Kupwara ,Mehraj ud din Shah concluded the 2-Day extensive Tour of Aspirational Block Keran.

During the visit, ACD , reviewed the implementation of RDD schemes and also took on spot appraisal of various works under execution in the border area.

While stressing on timely completion of works in view of limited working season in the area , ACD impressed upon the officials to put in extra efforts in meeting the developmental timelines, aspirations of the people living in such border areas and closely monitor the ongoing works ensuring quality standards.

He also highlighted the need to make general public aware about the guidelines and benefits of the RDD Schemes under implementation.

” PRIs shall be actively involved in the developmental activities in each Panchayat”, ACD reiterated

During his 2-day tour , ACD also met and interacted with PRIs and patiently listened to their grievances and assured them of timely disposal of all grievances .

ACD inspected many ongoing works and works recently completed and was satisfied with the standard of works executed and impressed upon officials to prioritise the works under water harvesting and conservation and construction of vermicompst pits.

He asked the employees and PRIs to create assets for livelihood generation in the area and to ensure saturation of all the RDD and other govt schemes in the Aspirational Block.
