Mega Surgical Health Camp commences in Ganderbal

DC inspects arrangements at DH

Ganderbal, May 11: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Shyambir today visited District Hospital (DH) where he kick started Mega Surgical Health Camp in presence of Additional Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Farooq Ahmad Baba, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Afroza and Medical Superintendent DH, Dr. Yasmeen.

During the camp various kinds of surgeries would be conducted by the team of specialist doctorsfree of cost and shall continue till 18th May 2022.

On the occasion the DC inspected the facilities made available for the patients and attendants there and was informed that 1527 patients have been registered for various kinds of surgeries till date.

He also interacted with the patients and attendants there and said that district administration and Health Department has made all requisite arrangementsfor the patients and attendants as well.

The Deputy Commissioner interacted with the team of doctors and enquired about the facilities available for the patients and urged them to work with added zeal and dedication so that the patients who have registered for different types of surgeries are benefited during the Camp.
