Jammu, May 1 : A live mortar shell was found by army in Mendhar area of Poonch district, officials said.
They said that army’s 156 Territorial Army found the live mortar shell during patrolling at Gajnatop area of Mendhar. The shell was later destroyed by the Bomb Disposal Squad which was summoned to the area.
A police officer confirmed to GNS that live shell was recovered.
