Director YSS Issues Transfer Orders of 443 Field staffers

386 PET’s, 37 PEM’s, 20 PEL’s Transferred

Jammu, April 18: The Director Youth Services and Sports Gazanfar Ali has issued transfer orders of 443 employees of the Department which include 386 PET’s (Physical Education Teachers), 37 PEM’s (Physical Education Masters) and 20 PEL’s (Physical Education Lecturers).

Transfer orders have been issued in favor of 110 PET’s from District Baramulla 114 from District Kupwara, 95  from Doda and 37 PETs from District Kishtawar. Simultaneously 32 PEM’s have been transferred in District Doda and 05 in District Kishtawar. In Addition 15 physical Education Lecturers have been transferred in District Doda, 03 in Kishtawar and 02 in district Jammu.
While speaking about these transfers Gazanfar Ali has said, “The Department of Youth Services and Sports has a huge workforce and Steps are being taken to utilize the services and capabilities of the employees in the best possible way”.
 While stating about the new initiative under which the transfers are being made in the Department he informed, “The Department under a new and unique initiative asked its employees for their preferable three choices of posting before their transfer orders were issued. Previously 294 PET’s of District Ganderbal, Bandipora, Shopian, Kulgam, and Pulwama were transferred”.
