DC Ramban reviews status of public grievances, asks for quality disposal

Ramban, April 11: Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Mussarat Islam today chaired a meeting of District Level Public Grievances Redressel Committee   to review the action taken by the concerned departments on the grievances reported on INGRAMS portal by general public.

The DC reviewed Department-wise disposal of grievances and obtained to-date status. Chief Education Officer, Dev Anand, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Mohammad Freed Bhat, Dy. CMO, Dr. Iqbal Bhat, ALC, Naresh Kumar, AD, FCS&CA, BDOs, complainants and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.

The DC also discussed grievances which are on INGRAMS portal with the concerned officers in presence of complainants and sought prompt and quality redress of the same.

The DC stressed upon officers of the concerned departments to look into the issues reported by the general public on priority and co-ordinate citizen-friendly solutions at their own level.
