Brazil : Eleven dead after gunmen open fire at bar, officials call it ‘massacre’

Rio De Janeiro, :  Multiple gunmen opened fire at a bar in Belem City on Sunday , killing eleven people and injuring at least one other person, local officials say.
The attack happened at about 3:30 p.m. on Sunday when a group of armed men entered a small bar in Belém, the capital of Pará state, and opened fire at customers inside.
A Pará state spokeswoman, Natalia Mello said ” she can only “confirm” there was a massacre in the state., BNO News reported.
Cellphone footage showed blood covering the floor and bodies on and alongside chairs and tables. Eleven people 6 men and 5 women were confirmed dead, and at least 1 person was taken to hospital.
Local media reported that up to seven gunmen were involved in the shooting. The motive for the attack was not immediately known, but the bar was reportedly known for drug activity.
