JK Bureau of Information observes Intl Women day

New Delhi, Mar 9: The Jammu and Kashmir Bureau of Information (KBI) celebrated International Women’s Day at Prithvi Raj Road, New Delhi.

On the occasion, Deputy Director Information and Deputy Labour Commissioner, Veedushi Kapoor, expressed her views on the significance of the day.

The theme of International Women’s Day is “Gender Equality today for a sustainable tomorrow” which focuses on advancing gender equality in context of climate crisis and disaster risk reduction.

The women officers and officials of the bureau were present on the occasion who also spoke and shared their experiences.
