DDC Rajouri reviews arrangements for Accounts Assistant Exam

Rajouri, Feb 26: District Development Commissioner, Vikas Kundal today chaired a meeting of concerned officers to review the arrangements being put in place for smooth conduct of OMR based objective type written examination for Accounts Assistant (AA) being conducted by J&K Service Selection Board on March 6, 2022.

At the outset, the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sachin Dev Singh informed that the examination shall be held on March 6th at 29 examination centers across the district. It was decided that besides an adequate number of  Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents and supervisory staff, the invigilators, as per the requirement of one invigilator for 24 students, will also be engaged. The Magistrates shall also be appointed at all examination centers. Security plan for the smooth conduct of the examination was also discussed in detail.

The Health authorities were directed to keep the provision of thermal scanners at the entrance of the examination centers.

Mobile phones and other electronic devices would not be allowed inside the exam center. Candidates would only be allowed to carry two ball-point pens and hall tickets inside the exam hall.
