DC Ganderbal reviews progress on implementation of CSSs, developmental works in district

Ganderbal, Feb 10:  The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Krittika Jyotsna today chaired a meeting to review the progress achieved in districts under District Capex 2021-22, including UT components, Loan components, Area Development Fund Plan, NABARD, B2V3 works and achievements under Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS).

 

The DC discussed in detail the project wise physical and financial status and bottlenecks in implementation of the schemes in the district and was briefed by the officers about the physical and financial status of works/ projects and expenditure incurred.

The DC stressed on making coordinated efforts to achieve 100 percent expenditure well in time and exhorted upon the officers to take all possible measures to accelerate the pace of ongoing works for their time-bound completion.

 

The meeting also discussed the status of various Centrally Sponsored Schemes offered by various departments including ICDS, DIC, Rural Development Department, Education, Handicrafts, Agriculture and its allied sectors.

 

The DC reviewed department wise performance made under various schemes and directed for generating mass awareness among the common masses so that deserving beneficiaries are covered under these schemes.

 

Among others, the meeting was attended by the Chief Planning Officer, ACD, CPO, GM, DIC, Lead Bank Manager, CEO and other district officers.
