72-yr-old man found dead in Chattergul Gbl

Ganderbal, Dec 15 : The body of a 72-year-old man was found in Nallah Brahamsar at Chattergul area in Ganderbal district on Wednesday, officials said.

Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that some locals spotted the body of 72-year-old man lying in a Nallah Brahamsar at Chatergul and subsequently informed the concerned police station.

He said that a police party rushed to the spot and took it into their possession.

The deceased has been identified as Abdullah Khataria (72), son of Syed Khataria of Chattergul.

A case under relevant sections has been registered and further investigation, official said—(KNO)
