NSS Bhadarwah Campus organises lecture on ‘Covid-19 Appropriate Behaviour’

Bhadarwah Dec 9 : NSS Unit (07) Bhadarwah and Kishtwar Campuses organised an awareness lecture on Covid-19 Appropriate Behaviour” here on Thursday at Lal Ded Auditorium Bhadarwah Campus.

The lecture was organised under the patronage of Professor Manoj Kumar Dhar, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu.

Students of various departments of Bhadarwah Campus, teaching and non teaching staff attended the event.

Welcome address was presented by Dr. Subhash Chander, Programme Officer, NSS Unit(07), Bhadarwah and Kishtwar Campuses.

Prof. Rahul Gupta, Rector Bhadarwah Campus congratulated NSS Unit(07), Bhadarwah and Kishtwar Campuses for organising such a relevant lecture in the times of the crisis posed by Covid-19 pandemic.

Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Sumbria, Block Medical Officer (BMO) Bhadarwah, the invited speaker of the event gave a very engaging lecture on the topic of the event.

The students of Kishtwar Campus joined the event through virtual mode.

At the end of the lecture an interaction session was conducted wherein the invited speaker answered the doubts and queries of the participating students.

Team of volunteers headed by Arif Khateeb, ERO Bhadarwah Campus, Dr Sundas Qayoom , Dr. Ambish Malik, Osama, Mahesh and Arooba Fatima coordinated the event.

Dr. Abid Sarwar and Dr. Shyan Javed presented bouquets to the invited speaker.

Vote of thanks was presented by Dr. Rakesh kumar of Department of English while as Dr. Sundus Quyoom conduct the proceeding of the event
