PM Modi joins DGP-IGP conference in Lucknow

Lucknow, Nov 20 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday joined the second day session of the 56th All India DGP-IGP Conference being held at the Uttar Pradesh Police Headquarters here.

PM Modi arrived at the Signature building around 9.30 am. Union Home Minister Amit Shah and National Security Advisor chief Ajit Doval received the prime minister.

Modi will be present at the event the whole day and later have dinner with Director Generals of Poilce.The PM will also address the valedictory session on Sunday before leaving for New Delhi.

The prime minister reached the Uttar Pradesh capital after 9 pm from Jhansi and rested the night at the Raj Bhawan.
